Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
XARIO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an issue occurs, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered:

XARIO will attempt to intercept or recover the package, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval or redelivery.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address must be covered by the customer.
Customs, Duties & International Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
